Mr. Dogan will arrange stake holders that will take part in the supply chain process of the products to be imported or exported; follow-up orders, and third party drivers, deal with the gates and arrange all other professional documentation and affairs and provide accurate billing. Most crucially he will document shipment to ensure that they are in compliance with his customer’s business rules and regulations.
Mr. Dogan will have following duties to perform for his customers:
Counselling service to customer’s matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas
Categorizing shipments according to a tariff coding system
When necessary consulting customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs
Counselling service to clients over customs, duties and tax matters etc
Tracking the location of the shipment
Preparing goods for shipment, using the best, most economical packaging
Transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods
Researching and determining over how much insurance to take out on the shipment

ALI DOGAN
Mr. Dogan studied Foreign Trade in Istanbul University and International relations in Anadolu University. After graduating he worked for Aygil Gumruk Musavirligi Ltd Co for 2 years in Turkey which was founded in 1973 in Istanbul. He worked as a custom advisor, and he gave advice and logistics about export/import over 50 companies in Turkey. Mr. Dogan dominated Turkish, Middle East, Europe and Asia markets.

Mr. Dogan came to England 2017 for personal and professional development for himself and he opened up his firm.
Through quality education and work experience Mr. Dogan has developed and increased his knowledge in international logistics; operations management for logistics; analytics for logistics; enterprise systems and e-procurement; logistics and supply chain management; business research methods; strategic purchasing; customs; and supply chain analysis and consulting.
